Kevin P. Westfall oversees new vehicle, used vehicle, finance and insurance products and fixed operations sales as well as training and the customer satisfaction index. This includes the individual store F&I performance, the arrangement of consumer financing through third parties and products such as theft products, GAP, alarms and extended vehicle warranties. Additionally, he is also responsible for all activities associated with service, parts and collision. Previously, he served as president of AutoNation Financial Services, AutoNation’s former wholly-owned captive finance company, from 1997 through 2001. He is also the founder and president of BMW Financial Services for North America. Westfall has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio State University.
