Kim C. Goodman has served as a Director of the Company since February 2007 and is a member of the Board's Audit Committee. Effective September 10, 2007, Ms. Goodman joined American Express Company as Executive Vice President, Merchant Services North America. Prior to this, Ms. Goodman has served as Vice President of Software and Peripherals of Dell Inc., a worldwide provider of information technology products and services, since 2005. From 2000 until 2005, Ms. Goodman served in various capacities at Dell Inc., including as Vice President of Public Sector Marketing and Transactional Sales, Vice President of Dell Networking and Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Dell Inc., Ms. Goodman was a Partner and Vice President of Bain & Company, Inc., a strategic consulting firm.
